（中央社華盛頓22日綜合外電報導）獲美國總統當選人川普提名為新顧問的艾康（Carl Icahn）今天表示，繁重累贅的聯邦規範，阻礙了自由企業，特別是煉油業。

法新社報導，向以華爾街積極投資人著稱的艾康，在接受CNBC訪問時還透露，他會敦促新的川普政府朝全面鬆綁邁進，這也是廣為外界所預期他會做的事。

川普21日表示，他已提名80歲的艾康擔任特別顧問，全面檢視「讓人喘不過氣來的政府規章」。艾康在能源領域有重大投資，包括德州煉油廠CVR能源公司（CVREnergy）。CVR能源公司近年因能源價格下跌而受重大影響，但有望在川普政府的「反規範」架構下獲利。

在今天的訪問中，艾康指出，在總統歐巴馬主政下的美國已「快速走上社會主義的軌道」，企業只能在一個「荒謬規範的環境」受苦。

艾康說：「我一點都不反對規範，我甚至有幾分相信需要依法管理，但現在很多地方已名符其實成了荒謬...坦白說，你幾乎會被有些東西惹毛。」

艾康把矛頭指向美國環保署對煉油業的管理規範，聲稱汽油價格與美國東岸煉油廠的生產限制有關。他說：「你必須擁有健康的煉油廠，但今天已有煉油廠在破產邊緣。」

川普已提名奧克拉荷馬州檢察長普魯特（ScottPruitt）接掌環保署（EPA）。普魯特是氣候變遷的否定者，也是化石燃料產業的親密盟友。

環保團體「地球之友」（Friends of the Earth）在今天的一項聲明指出，艾康在川普政府的新角色，顯示川普正在打造一個「竊盜統治」（kleptocracy），盜取公眾利益以圖利與政府有裙帶關係者。（譯者：中央社陳亦偉）1051223
